Soundarya Rajinikanth, daughter of cinema's "Superstar" Rajinikanth, has commenced her new service journey by providing various welfare assistances to help the underprivileged sections in Kanyakumari district.

Soundarya Rajinikanth formally started her trust's services from the shrine of Arulmigu Bhagavathi Amman, the guardian deity of Kanyakumari district. She emotionally remarked, "My father always wishes to do good for the people. I find immense joy in starting that work from here in Kanyakumari."

As the key highlight of this event, high-quality prosthetic artificial limbs were provided to 27 individuals who had lost their legs due to accidents or other causes. The way Soundarya Rajinikanth personally went to each beneficiary to fit the prosthetic limbs deeply moved the public gathered there. Through this initiative, a new lease on life has been given to the livelihood dreams of 27 families that had been ground to a halt.

Furthermore, with the vision that women should become economically self-reliant, 5 poor women were gifted an auto-rickshaw each to support their livelihood. This assistance was highly praised as it forms a solid foundation for them to progress through honorable self-employment.
