Kanyakumari:
In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, a grand torch relay run (Jyothi Ottam) was held in Kanyakumari to create awareness among voters. More than 500 people eagerly participated in this event, which was conducted to emphasize the essential democratic duty of voting.

Awareness Run:
This run was initiated to ensure 100% voter turnout and to encourage everyone to participate in the festival of democracy.

Participants:
More than 500 people—including school and college students, government officials, and social activists—marched together while carrying the symbolic torch in their hands.

Record Attempt:
Meanwhile, a 3-year-old girl named Rivaakshini Ribi participated in the marathon run on behalf of the My Jeevan Trust, achieving a milestone effort that attracted everyone's attention.

Coordination:
Dr. Shibu, the founder of the trust, alongside coordinator Udhachikkottai Vijayan, led and organized this record-attempt and awareness initiative.

This torch relay run passed through the main streets of Kanyakumari and received a massive response from the general public. Banners containing awareness slogans from the Election Commission were also carried along during this rally.
